I put my belongings into the back seat of my friend’s ranger and hopped up into the passenger seat. I was terribly excited because in 4 short hours I was going to be in the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park and would be ticking one of my biggest bucket list items off.

Trephina Gorge, home of stark red gorges, hidden rockholes and picturesque scenery. Completing the Ridgetop Walk was an amazing experience that is deserving of a place on your Red Centre bucket list.

Who thought hiking the Bridle Path Lookout at Standley Chasm in new boots would be so painful and so amazing. This was definitely a bucket list check for me.

Litchfield National Park features a number of waterfalls where you can swim, as well as a range of bushwalking tracks, camp grounds and other geographical features. It should definitely be on your Northern Territory bucket list.
